Promote the benefits of your club to prospective members. Invite prospects to join, and follow up as needed. Develop a follow-up system to track those prospects who don’t join initially. Keep members informed so they can help achieve the club goals. Develop elevator speech.

Organized and well-run meetings, including interesting topics or speakers. Every member participating in at least one if not all club service projects. Chair: Oversee volunteer list to make sure we have enough help. Assign volunteers for task before, during, and after Santa’s Hut.
Members: Collect cookies, hot chocolate, etc. Help in collection, sorting, and adding labels to books. Have everything needed for pictures. Have candy for kids after picture. Have photographer committed. Have all printers, ink, paper, and Christmas cards needed. Add signage to promote Kiwanis, and extra decorations.
